You will be redirected to Bing.
First You Signin and Follow the on-screen instructions for submitting your Website URL.

Submit your Website URL to Yandex:

Go to the link: http://webmaster.yandex.com/addurl.xml
 Type in your Site URL Example: http://www.example.com
 Enter the captcha text shown in the box.
Click on "Add"
